4. Account Registration & Security

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update any information that changes.

Each player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in:

• Immediate suspension of all associated Accounts.
• Voiding of all Bonus Funds, pending withdrawals, and winnings derived from Bonus play.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. csgo500 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your password. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

5. Deposits & Payments

csgo500 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT). Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance promptly upon successful payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• csgo500 does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own fees or charges, for which csgo500 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits made by third parties are strictly prohibited. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• csgo500 reserves the right to refuse any deposit or suspend a transaction pending investigation if we reasonably suspect the payment to be fraudulent, unauthorised, or in breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

csgo500 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, birthday rewards, referral incentives, and other promotional offers ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page and to these General Terms.

General conditions applicable to all Promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Rollover") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Rollover multipliers are stated on each promotion.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While Bonus Funds are active, a maximum single bet cap applies (typically between RM250 and RM500 per round). Bets exceeding this cap may result in Bonus Funds being voided.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute at different rates toward the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games such as baccarat, roulette, and blackjack may contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.
• Expiry: All Bonus Funds are subject to an expiry window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit). Unmet wagering requirements upon expiry will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Wagers may not be amended or cancelled after placement except where csgo500 expressly provides a "cash out" or "bet edit" functionality.

• For sports betting on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, UFC, and all other covered events, official results from the relevant governing body shall be used to determine bet outcomes. Decisions are final.

8. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of real-money Account Balance subject to the following conditions being met in full:

1. The Account must have completed full KYC verification (see Section 9).
2. All active Bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before any withdrawal request will be processed.
3. The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed applicable daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits applicable to the Player's Account tier.
4. The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
5. The Account must be in good standing with no pending investigations, flags, or disputes.

9. KYC & Identity Verification

• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker or live dealer games.
• Exploiting Platform errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds ("Palpable Error") to place or retain bets. csgo500 reserves the right to void bets placed on palpable errors.
• Engaging in systematic "arbitrage" betting strategies designed to exploit promotional offers across multiple platforms in conjunction with csgo500.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using the Platform for money laundering or any other criminal purpose.
• Impersonating another individual or providing false identification during registration or KYC verification.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing csgo500 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction by using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the csgo500 Platform, including but not limited to logos, game graphics, text, software, interfaces, trademarks, and proprietary data ("Content"), is the exclusive property of csgo500 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No right, title, or interest in the Content is transferred to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any Content without the prior written consent of csgo500.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, csgo500 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or financial losses attributable to reliance on the Platform.

csgo500 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. Planned maintenance and unplanned outages may affect availability.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damage, the foregoing limitations shall apply only to the extent permitted by the applicable law of that jurisdiction.

13. Responsible Gambling

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, csgo500 will communicate with the Player via the registered email address. Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance (less applicable bonuses) will be returned to the Player following KYC verification and subject to standard processing timelines.
